Yoga Teacher Apprenticeship Program – Your Coaching Program
Have you successfully completed your first yoga teacher training and are now at a loss as to what to do next? You are not the only one!
Many graduates have a profound knowledge of yoga after their training, but have difficulties in implementing this knowledge in their teaching. This is because often the trainings do not teach all the necessary skills to step into this responsible role and introduce others to this profound, millennia-old and valuable practice.
What is this about?
This special and unique apprenticeship program offers newly trained yoga teachers the opportunity to gain new teaching experience and receive the necessary support to begin this journey. The program offers personal one-on-one coaching, as well as the chance to teach community classes at Manas Vienna Yoga and/or RE:TREAT Vienna under the supervision of your coach.
This coaching guarantees a continuous high standard of future yoga teachings, thus preserving the integrity of the teachers and of the ancient knowledge of Yoga.
And this is exactly where I come in. We start the journey as a yoga teacher together with you and support you in your start phase.

Goals of the coaching
You know the concrete procedure for positioning yourself as a yoga teacher.
You know how to create your own yoga sequences.
You know what to look for in a group lesson.
You have the necessary knowledge to teach private lessons.
You know the basics of designing workshops, group programs, retreats, etc.
You are prepared for different class scenarios and know how to handle them, e.g. injuries, teacher-student relationships, effective teaching techniques, etc.
You know how you want to position yourself in the yoga market and what marketing tools will help you market yourself successfully.
***Bonus: Often a trusting, beautiful collaboration develops from these sessions and opportunities arise to assist or even teach at workshops, retreats, or as a yoga teacher at Manas Vienna Yoga and/or Re:treat-Vienna!
