This basic yoga class is perfect for yoga for beginners but also for those looking for a slow and mindful back to basics yoga class. In this class you will build a solid foundation of your yoga practice. These elements are the breath, bandha, vinyasa and drishti.

Morning Flow

Wake up and start your day with a quick and energizing flow to loosen your limbs. The class opens with gentle forward folds to warm up and stretch out your lower back, then cycles through a heat-building flow that works into heart openers to infuse your body with energy and ends with restorative poses to set you up for a productive and creative day.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is a class composed of creative sequences to create continuous movement, based on the poses that are practiced in a more traditional hatha class. It differs from vinyasa flow in that there are typically fewer “plank – chaturanga – up dog” transitions. This makes hatha flow a great class to continue working on mastering your alignment in these postures before moving on to a vinyasa class.

Rocket Vinyasa

Rocket Vinyasa Yoga is based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary and Intermediate series. The practice begins with the sun salutations sequence, to help prepare the body for the more intense poses that are to come. Right after the last sun salutation B, students will get the first taste of Rocket Yoga with the launching sequence. This little vinyasa flow set the pace and vibe for the rest of the rocket practice.

Mama Baby Yoga

Mama Baby Yoga is a gentle and loving yoga class specially designed for new mothers. In this class, the focus is on the targeted strengthening and activation of the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor after birth. This class not only supports physical regeneration through mindful exercises and breathing techniques but also promotes a loving bond between mother and baby. The class creates a supportive space for mothers to connect with like-minded people and emphasizes the importance of self-care during the unique postpartum period.

Flow to Yin

An ideal balance for the yin and yang style of yoga. The yoga flow at the beginning of the class helps you to switch off. The deep, long, passive stretches as the class progresses effectively release tension in your muscles, tissues, nervous system and mind, and your body learns to cope better with stress. Perfect to end your work week.

Flexibility Flow

Improve your flexibility, mobility, and strength by joining this class. With a little heat, a little release, and a lot of much-needed movement. This slow flow is the perfect balance of strength and stretch with steady transitions combined with deep stretches. This class ends with a couple of restorative poses to ease you into a good night sleep.

Sensual Flow

A conscious movement class that first creates space to feel, not to move, but from that sensing, letting explorative and natural movements arise, that again let you feel even more and deeper. Together we create more of a body and movement exploration than a classical yoga class. Yet still, we are searching for Yoga, that union with your unique body and the energy you bring. This class is for everyone curious about conscious, slow yet exact movements that let you find strength and more interesting freeways of moving through your body. A chosen mix of body touch, breath, and movement will guide you to a deeper and more sensual connection to yourself and your body.

Creative Movement Class

Designed to be a playful physical journey but focuses on mental challenges and explicit goals for creativity, artistic expression and improvisation, this Creative Movement class invites participants to change their perspective. This is a judgment free, safe place to find your own movements, connect to your body and breath, experience moments of connection with others, express yourself and dance freely. No previous experience needed.
