Basic Yoga

This basic yoga class is perfect for yoga for beginners but also for those looking for a slow and mindful back to basics yoga class. In this class you will build a solid foundation of your yoga practice. Here you will learn to incorporate the subtle tools of yoga in your practice, without which yoga becomes nothing more than an expression of physical movements. These elements are the breath, bandha, vinyasa and drishti.

Restorative Yoga

In this class, you will learn a wide range of restorative practices that reflect the full scope of its healing tools. This restorative yoga class is a radical act of self-care and a declaration that your health and well-being matter more than your To-Do list. In this practice you will experience firsthand that rest is a productive and necessary part of everyday living. This empowering practice will help you access the innate ability of your body to restore itself from stress.

Yin Yoga

A slower, more meditative practice that uses longer holds to target deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments and joints. Postures are mainly performed on the floor and held for 3 – 5 minutes. This yin yoga class is challenging mentally and may challenge you physically with unfamiliar shapes but feels as wonderful as a restorative practice.

Meridian Yin Yoga

A synthesis of the Yogic model of body-mind-breath, the Daoist principle which sees the body as a continuous system of pathways that integrates and connects the intelligence of the whole body, and new findings about the fasciae and its anatomy, this Meridian Yin Yoga Class offers a wide range of practices that address every dimension of human body to help you return to salutogenesis.

Pranayama Class

This Pranayama class combines asanas from the Hatha Yoga which strengthens the physical body and breathing techniques from Kundalini tradition which clears the mind and works on the psychosomatic. Using mantras and sound purification this class will leave you with fresh energy and stillness.

Myofascial Release

This myofascial release class is a type of therapeutic and movement-based session that focuses on releasing tension and discomfort within the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and organs throughout the body. The goal of this class is to improve flexibility, alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and promote overall well-being.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

A led Primary Series class, guiding you through the sequence while taking into consideration that all bodies are different, giving variations for certain asanas if needed. When practiced on a continuous and regular basis while being patient, this yoga therapy will soon trigger the healing process for you too and you will get ready for the higher stages of yoga. Join us in our Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes.

Fascia Yoga

In our Fascia Yoga class, we delve into the profound world of fascia—the intricate web of connective tissue in our bodies. Through gentle movements, breathwork, and stretches targeting the long myofascial lines, we aim not only to release tension, improve mobility, range of motion and posture but also to prevent injury and enhance recovery, tissue repair, and regeneration. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a unique opportunity to enhance flexibility, improve mobility, and foster a deep sense of relaxation.

Morning Flow

Wake up and start your day with a quick and energizing flow to loosen your limbs. The class opens with gentle forward folds to warm up and stretch out your lower back, then cycles through a heat-building flow that works into heart openers to infuse your body with energy and ends with restorative poses to set you up for a productive and creative day.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow is a class composed of creative sequences to create continuous movement, based on the poses that are practiced in a more traditional hatha class. It differs from vinyasa flow in that there are typically fewer “plank – chaturanga – up dog” transitions. This makes hatha flow a great class to continue working on mastering your alignment in these postures before moving on to a vinyasa class.

Sivananda Yoga

This class is dedicated to those who want to restore strength and energy through calm but deep practice ending with long relaxation. The class is in the style of hatha yoga created by guru Swami Sivananda.

Sivananda combines 3 parts:

  • breathing exercises and techniques,
  • 15 therapeutic asanas that best influence the healthy alignment of the body’s axis,
  • 10 minutes of relaxation (5 minutes under the supervision of a teacher, 5 minutes in silence).

The class is held in English and Polish.

Iyengar Yoga

In this Iyengar Yoga class meticulous attention is awarded to the very precise and detailed work with the body. By using simple props students with different abilities can gradually build up strength, confidence and flexibility without the threat of strain or injury, helping in the integration of the mental and physical plane and bringing about a sense of inner and outer balance.

Rocket Vinyasa

Rocket Vinyasa Yoga is based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary and Intermediate series. The practice begins with the sun salutations sequence, to help prepare the body for the more intense poses that are to come. Right after the last sun salutation B, students will get the first taste of Rocket Yoga with the launching sequence. This little vinyasa flow set the pace and vibe for the rest of the rocket practice.

Vibrational Vinyasa Flow

This class begins and ends with a mantra circle – usually accompanied by the harmonium. The soothing qualities of chanting mantras in a group setting will prepare us for the Flow practice. There‘s no need to be shy, either sing along or simply enjoy the vibrations that are created.

This class is a mix of static asanas (postures) and fluid movements. During the static part,
we build both, physical and mental strength, and get the chance to pay close attention to
the correct alignment of the body. These asanas will then be integrated into a flow, in
which we’re using our breath to guide us. Pranayama will aid us in a relaxed shavasana at the end.

Sensual Flow

A conscious movement class that first creates space to feel, not to move, but from that sensing, letting explorative and natural movements arise, that again let you feel even more and deeper. Together we create more of a body and movement exploration than a classical yoga class. Yet still, we are searching for Yoga, that union with your unique body and the energy you bring. This class is for everyone curious about conscious, slow yet exact movements that let you find strength and more interesting freeways of moving through your body. A chosen mix of body touch, breath, and movement will guide you to a deeper and more sensual connection to yourself and your body.

Faceyoga

In the first half of the class, we start by activating and strengthening our life energy through Kundalini Yoga, Kriyas and Pranayam. We want to increase our frequency, loosen our body and mind. In the second half, we will focus on giving love to the areas from the sternum upwards, including the head. Together we will learn various techniques such as lymphatic drainage, myofascial release and tightening of the facial muscles to revitalize our appearance.

Ashtanga Light

A modified version of traditional Ashtanga Yoga, Ashtanga Light offers a gentle approach to the dynamic practice. With a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and accessible variations of postures, this practice is suitable for practitioners of all levels seeking a balanced blend of strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

Release & Relax

In this yoga class, you can expect a practice that can help you end your working day in a balanced way. At the beginning, you will practise gentle movements to help you calm down and release tension from your body. The focus of this yoga class is on the longer relaxation phase at the end. Guided relaxation techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation, Shavayatra 61-point relaxation, elements from yoga nidra or similar will help your body, mind and soul to find peace and balance.

Gentle Flow

In this gentle flow class, you will practise a sequence of asanas to gently warm up, stretch and strengthen your body. We flow in harmony with our breathing and allow several breaths for each posture so that you can really feel it and find the right variation for you. The session begins with a meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a gentle, invigorating flow, and we conclude the class with a deep final relaxation.
