Join us for a unique 3-hour exploration at the rope wall, where you’ll literally hang out and deepen your yoga practice in ways you’ve never experienced before! Together, we’ll explore familiar and unfamiliar poses with the support of the ropes, discovering how different positions – whether standing, inverted, or balancing – can completely shift your perspective.

Breathwork with Kathi

Deep Dive into Yin Yoga
