Discover New Perspectives Through Rope Assisted Yoga
Join us for a unique 3-hour exploration at the rope wall, where you’ll literally hang out and deepen your yoga practice in ways you’ve never experienced before!
Together, we’ll explore familiar and unfamiliar poses with the support of the ropes, discovering how different positions – whether standing, inverted, or balancing – can completely shift your perspective. Who knew that hanging upside down could feel so grounding?
This workshop offers a playful yet profound approach to yoga, using the ropes to:
– Access poses that might feel challenging on the mat
– Experience deep releases and openings
– Build strength and body awareness
– Explore the sensation of supported inversions
Come with curiosity and an open mind. There will be plenty of time for questions and exploration throughout the session.
All levels welcome – no rope experience necessary. Bring gloves if you prefer extra grip support
