Urban Spring Mini Retreat

Join us for a 2.5-hour Urban Spring Mini Retreat designed to reset your body and mind for the new season. After months of cold and introspection, April is the time to stir the energy, clear out the old, and make space for new growth.
What to expect:
– The Awakening (Yang): We begin with a powerful, heating Vinyasa Flow. We’ll literally “shake off” the winter blues with dynamic movements, detoxifying twists, and breathwork to fire up your inner sun.
– The Nourishment: Mid-way through, we pause for a mindful break. Enjoy delicious, homemade Bliss Balls and refreshing herbal infusions while you connect with like-minded souls or simply enjoy a moment of quiet journaling.
– The Deep Release (Yin & Nidra): We’ll transition into cooling Yin Yoga, targeting the connective tissues to release tension and improve energy flow.
We conclude the journey with Yoga Nidra—a guided deep relaxation that will leave you feeling like you’ve had 4 hours of extra sleep.
Program:
We start with Pranayama and a dynamic vinyasa flow, to shake off the winter heaviness, focusing on twists and core strength (70min).
After that we have a break with homemade Bliss Balls and tea (20min)
After that we transition into Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra (60min)
