THE BODY AS A COMPASS: Sensing Boundaries Workshop at Manas Yoga Studio

THE BODY AS A COMPASS: Sensing Boundaries Workshop
Saturday, May 30, 2026
10:00 - 11:30

Learn to Listen to Your Body’s Wisdom

What to Expect:

Boundaries don’t arise in the mind, but in the body. Join Karolin Frick for a transformative workshop where we explore how to sense more clearly where closeness feels right and where it doesn’t, where a yes emerges and where a no appears.

Through simple asana, small movements, and partner exercises, we’ll explore the delicate dance between distance and contact. This is an invitation to discover your body as a reliable compass – a point of orientation and a source of information that never lies.

We’ll gently investigate themes that may arise, such as:
– People-pleasing patterns
– The tendency to merge with others
– Adaptation and where we lose ourselves

These themes are welcome to show up without being analyzed. Instead, we create space to simply notice, sense, and honor what the body reveals.

What We’ll Practice:

This workshop combines movement with mindful awareness, using:

– Gentle asana sequences
– Small, subtle movements
– Partner exercises exploring contact and space
– Embodied sensing practices

All levels welcome – no previous experience with boundary work required

What to bring:

– Comfortable clothing and an open, curious heart
– Partner work included – a safe, respectful exploration of connection and distance

Discover the wisdom your body has been speaking all along.
