MASTER CLASS: ROCKET VINYASA I
13/04/2025 | 10:00 - 12:00
Rocket Yoga is a powerful and playful practice developed by Larry Schultz, inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. It is designed to break traditional sequencing rules, making challenging poses more accessible while maintaining the discipline and flow of Ashtanga.
The practice encourages creativity, strength, and breath awareness, allowing practitioners to modify postures based on their level. Rocket I is the foundation of the Rocket sequences, offering a balanced combination of standing, seated, and inversion postures. It focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and deepening the connection between breath and movement.
What to Expect in This Masterclass:
– A dynamic, breath-led flow based on the Rocket I sequence
– Modifications and variations to suit different levels
– A focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance
– Exploration of arm balances and inversions with guidance and support
– Space to challenge yourself while maintaining mindfulness and breath control
– breaking traditional limitations and embracing a sense of freedom and playfulness
– Q & A
All levels welcome. Held in English and Greek
