Deep Dive into Yin Yoga

This May, we invite you to a 2.5-hour immersive Yin Yoga experience designed to create space in every corner of your body—from your toes to your fingertips.
In this workshop, we move beyond the physical “stretch” and into a meditative state of being. We start with a theoretical foundation, explaining how Yin Yoga works on your connective tissues (fascia) and why holding poses in stillness is the ultimate “reset” for your nervous system.
The Journey:
– Lower Body Focus: We begin by grounding our energy. We target the hips, hamstrings, and lower back—areas where we often store physical tension and suppressed emotions.
– The Pause: A mindful break to nourish the body with herbal tea.
– Upper Body Focus: In the second half, we move into the “Expansion.” We release the tension in the shoulders, chest, and neck that often builds up from daily stress and digital life.
– Full Integration: We conclude with a deep, guided relaxation to harmonize the energy we’ve moved.
