This breathing exercise is intense and therefore not suitable if you:
– you have an acute illness (infection, fever)
– are pregnant
– have epilepsy
– have acute cardiovascular problems or high blood pressure
– suffer from anxiety disorders or psychoses
– you recently had surgery or suffered a broken bone
– have high intraocular pressure or a detached retina
– have recently used drugs
