What You’ll Learn:
Over three focused sessions, you’ll explore:
Session 1 – Build Your Foundation (February 15)
– Discover how every yoga posture begins with awareness of the feet
– Learn Tadasana (Mountain Pose) as the blueprint for all standing poses
– Practice key standing postures: Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Vrksasana (Tree Pose), Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and more
– Explore how to use props to adjust and support your practice
– Ground your practice with seated poses: Dandasana (Staff Pose) and Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
By the end of this session, you’ll understand how to root through your feet, achieve correct alignment in standing poses, and use props effectively.
Session 2 – Connection & Flow (February 22)
– Explore how breath becomes the bridge between movement and stability
– Learn the basic principles of vinyasa: linking breath with foundation
– Master Downward-Facing Dog and the fundamentals of Chaturanga
– Break down Sun Salutations step by step with mindful transitions
– Revisit Tadasana as your reference point for alignment in every shape
– Integrate movement and breath through a grounding cool-down sequence
Discover how every posture and transition grows from the same grounded awareness built in Session 1.
Session 3 – Root to Rise: Balance, Hips & Twists (March 1)
– Integrate everything you’ve learned: stability and openness in equal measure
– Practice balancing postures that challenge focus and stability
– Explore hip openers and gentle twists to release tension and invite mobility
– Learn how grounding through the hips supports freedom in the upper body
– Close with a restorative sequence and extended Savasana for deep integration
Find stability through your lower body while creating space and freedom through your spine.
What to Expect:
Each 2.5-hour session includes:
– Guided warm-up and body awareness exercises
– Detailed instruction on key postures
– Breathwork and meditation practices
– Time for questions and individual guidance
– A supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere

Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open mind. All equipment provided.
