Each 2-hour session explores breath as a bridge between yoga, pranayama, functional breathing, mindfulness, and neuroscience. Sessions can be attended individually or together as a coherent journey from regulation → clarity → integration.
Session 1 – Calm & Regulation (May 5) Discover the foundations of yogic and functional breathing and nervous system regulation. Learn to restore breathing rhythm, calm stress responses, and cultivate a felt sense of safety and stability.
Session 2 – Focus, Energy & Mental Clarity (May 22) Explore how breath influences focus, cognitive performance, and energy levels — and learn to work skillfully with mental pressure and overthinking.
Session 3 – Integration, Relaxation & Daily Life (June 19) Bring it all together. Deepen recovery, emotional regulation, and presence — and discover how to carry these practices into stress, sleep, and the transitions of everyday life.
No previous experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
