This two-hour workshop systematically prepares the hips, knees, and ankles for the traditional seated meditation pose of Padmasana (Lotus Pose). Through mindful hip opening, targeted stretches, and progressive preparation, participants will develop the foundation needed for this sacred posture while honoring their body’s unique limitations.

Prerequisites: Basic yoga experience. All levels welcome with extensive modifications provided.
