THE HEART OF TEACHING YOGA

Flexible, Modular Format

A Yoga Teacher Training That Adapts to Your Life

We believe exceptional yoga teachers aren’t created in a rush. They’re cultivated through deep practice, thoughtful study, and the space to integrate what they’ve learned.

Our modular 200-hour program gives you something rare in yoga teacher training: flexibility without compromise. Choose the modules that resonate with your path. Learn at a pace that allows for true understanding. Complete your certification in 4 months or take up to 2 years—the choice is yours.

This isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about building a foundation that will support your entire teaching career.

How the Modular System Works

Your certification, your way.

Our training program consists of modules of 50 hours each, designed to fit your goals and schedule. Here’s how you design your path:

Step 1: Start with the Foundation

Every student begins with the Manas Yoga Module 1: Foundations of Practice & Teaching (required). This gives you the essential teaching methodology, voice training, and basic anatomy you need to teach safely and confidently.

Step 2: Choose Your Path

Select additional modules from our 12 specialized offerings based on your certification level:

200-Hour Certification: Complete 3 additional modules (4 total)
300-Hour Certification: Complete 5 additional modules (6 total)
500-Hour Certification: Complete 9 additional modules (10 total)

Want to focus on therapeutic applications? Advanced asana? Philosophy and meditation? You decide what matters most for your teaching journey.

Step 3: Learn at Your Pace

Complete your training in as little as 4 months for the 200-hour, or spread it over 2 years. Take one module at a time, or immerse yourself in multiple modules back-to-back. Life happens—we’ve designed this program to work with it, not against it.

Step 4: Receive Your Certification

Upon completing all required modules and meeting practice requirements, you’ll receive your Yoga Alliance certification:

RYT-200 (4 modules)
RYT-300 (6 modules)
RYT-500 (10 modules)

Ready to teach with confidence and depth at the level you’ve chosen.

WHY MODULAR BLOCK

Quality Over Speed

Most intensive trainings cram 200 hours into 3-4 weeks. That’s overwhelming. Knowledge needs time to settle. Skills need practice to develop. Our modular format gives you the space to truly absorb what you’re learning.

Learn What Matters to You

Not every teacher needs the same training. Maybe you’re drawn to therapeutic work. Maybe you want to master Ashtanga. Maybe philosophy calls to you. Choose modules that align with your vision of what kind of teacher you want to be.

Integration Between Modules

The time between modules isn’t downtime—it’s when the real learning happens. Practice what you’ve learned. Try it with friends. Let questions arise. Come back to the next module ready to go deeper.

No Rush, No Gaps

We’ve watched students rush through intensive trainings, then realize months later they have gaps in their knowledge. Our approach prevents that. Each module is comprehensive. You leave with understanding, not just information.

Life-Friendly

Have a full-time job? Family commitments? We get it. Our modular format means you don’t have to put your life on hold to become a yoga teacher.

REQUIRED MODULE BLOCK

Your Foundation: Module 1 (Required)

Module 1: Foundations of Practice & Teaching: Essentials & Alignment

SCHEDULE & FORMAT

How Each Module is Structured

Weekend Intensive Format

Each 50-hour module unfolds over 3 weekends, with a unique balance of contact hours (in-person learning) and non-contact hours (self-study, practice, and integration) depending on the module’s focus.

Note: Actual schedules vary by module. Some modules may have different start times, longer sessions, or adjusted formats to best serve the learning material.

Why Different Modules Are Structured Differently

Not all learning is the same.

Asana-intensive modules (like Inversions or Ashtanga Vinyasa) include more in-person contact hours for hands-on instruction, spotting, and safety training.

Philosophy and meditation modules (like Yoga Sūtras or Mantra & Meditation) include more non-contact hours for reading, contemplation, and personal practice.

Therapeutic modules balance contact and non-contact time for both supervised practice and independent case study work.

The result? Each module is optimized for how that particular content is best learned and integrated—not forced into a one-size-fits-all format.

The Power of Spacing

Unlike intensive trainings that compress everything into a few weeks, our 3-weekend format for each module gives you something invaluable: time to integrate.

Between weekends, you’ll:

  • Practice what you’ve learned in your own body
  • Complete targeted assignments that deepen understanding
  • Notice what questions arise naturally
  • Integrate techniques into your daily life
  • Come back ready to go deeper

This is how real understanding develops—not through information overload, but through experience, reflection, and repetition.

Flexible Scheduling

Modules run throughout the year based on demand. Some modules (like Foundations and Anatomy) are offered multiple times annually, while specialized modules may run less frequently.
